  1. does this follow under sub-contractors too? My boss is a sub contractor and I’m only getting $13.50 for installing vapor barrier and insulation.

    1. Take the wage if your new, learn everything you can then use that knowledge to impress better paying companies. If your at least a year into the job and aren’t learning new things every day then it may be time to move on already.
